Hello!

Our weekly meeting had gone differently than regular. They had wanted to show a video to promote a special Thursday Night Training happening this week, but they couldn't get it to work so they put a slideshow of pictures while we waited. They were really sweet and funny so no one even noticed that the meeting was running a bit late.

The goal for the evening was to have personal times with God and find ways of expression through different forms. There were three designated rooms each with its own theme: the Sanctuary was used for dancing and ribbons (instrumental music played in the background); the Classroom was used for painting and drawing; the Lounge was used for reading and writing.
I had started in the Lounge, read some of the Psalms and wrote down what was on my heart to
God. At first they were just small points, but as I kept reading I began writing more and more. Then I went to the Lounge and read over what I had written and on the backside began painting out my thoughts from my paper. I'm not an artist but it felt good to draw out what was on my heart and sharing that with God.

The whole evening was very personal to every one and it was very good to have especially after the reatreat. Praise God that we never forget how great and loving He is! Although there is no work for me this week there is a lot of planning and preparation I have to do this week, more on that a little later. Thank you for your love and prayers.
