Hello!

The past week or so has been an interesting one.
We had a bbq outreach last saturday for everyone in the community and that went wonderfully well. The program for the day constituted some live music with a comical skit that transitioned into someone sharing their testimony. We had a training night for writing our personal testimonies, so now we can share more comfortably with people who ask and give God glory in that.

Also the staff will be with us for two more weeks, and so our roles for when they leave have been announced as well. I am pleased to have found out I am going to be a prayer leader! Prayer has always been something that I embrace more and more.

Also in terms of work, we have been doing a few roadtrips outside Calgary. These roadtrips have really strengthened the relationships with co-workers, as the leisure time we have in the evenings are an excellent opportunity to talk in groups and one-on-one.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. This saturday an outreach team is organizing a volleyball tournament; please pray that we receive a strong turn-out and that God will be glorified through this event. Even as I write this it is such a beautiful day outside, and hopefully it will be just as good if not better tomorrow! Preparations have been made and invitations sent out, and it's looking to be a really fun day!
